ICONIC is a group of public, non-profit and private organizations focused on building inclusive communities in Carver County. Formed in June, 2016, ICONIC's mission is to build and strengthen a genuine inclusive community that embraces equal opportunities and a sense of belonging for people of all ages and abilities.

ICONIC is looking to improve the acknowledgement of individuals with disabilities to strengthen their acceptance as members of our community. We are looking to enable "their voice to be heard" throughout the community, and with that satisfy the common human need of belonging.

KIDS NIGHT AT THE CLAYHOLE (Wednesday June 26th from 6-8pm Firemen's Park)
Music by Kidsdance DJ, Bounce House, Carvival Games, Face-painting, Concession Stand specials & more!
This community event is offered in partnership with ICONIC and District#112 Special Ed Teachers. Participants will have the opportunity to explore Zot Artz adaptive art equipment and Carver County Parks will lead participants in an accessible and inclusive Geocaching experience. Fun for all ages and abilities! FLYER

Romance is just as much an interest for singles with disabilities as it is for anyone else. Sometimes other seem surprised by this, but it is definitely a factor as our new participants consider the variety of adaptive recreation programs we have and how they want to be involved.
