ICONIC is a group of public, non-profit and private organizations focused on building inclusive communities in Carver County. Formed in June, 2016, ICONIC's mission is to build and strengthen a genuine inclusive community that embraces equal opportunities and a sense of belonging for people of all ages and abilities.

Specialized Education Services offers special education and related services for students with a variety of disabilities, birth through age 21, in their least restrictive environment.
Community Education offers programs and services for people of all abilities. Programs vary and include early childhood, before- and after- school youth enrichment, sports and fitness, and adult special interest topics.
Carver County Parks and Recreation -- 952-466-5250
Offers outdoor recreation experiences throughout Carver County and its regional parks. Programming can be adapted for individual needs ranging from cognitive, physical, financial and geographical. Eager to work person-to-person in order to provide service for any group or individual.
Carver County Home and Community Based Care -- 952-361-1999
The Home and Community Based Care Dept. is responsible for case management services, adult protection investigations, and operates Encore adult day services. Programs are designed to support elderly and people with disabilities in their efforts to remain living as independently as possible. Programs targeted to specific age groups and types of disabilities.

Manages a wide range of programs and efforts to promote and protect the health and well-being of all Carver County residents. Services include family wellness, vaccinations, resources for low-cost medical care. Carer County Public Health also works with community partners to improve access to healthy foods and physical activity opportunities, reduce exposure to tobacco, and prepare the community for public health emergencies.

Chaska Parks and Recreation, in partnership with Reach for Resources, celebrates the inclusion of all persons with disabilities. Chaska Parks and Recreation offers over 200 recreational programs, activities, athletics and special events each quarter for preschool age through active older adults.

Special Olympics Minnesota offers children and adults with intellectual disabilities with year-round sports training and competition -- programs that transform themselves, their communities and the world.
Vocational Rehabilitation Services -- 952-368-7007
Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) provides services such as counseling, job placement, job coaching, training, supports that empower Minnesotans with disabilities to achieve their goals for competitive, integrated employment and career development. VRS consists of several distinct programs and projects, the cornerstone of which is the public Vocational Rehabilitation program. The goal is to help people with disabilities get and keep a job in a competitive, integrated setting, to live more independently, to live close to their families and friends, and to participate in community life.
